Earthwatch Institute is an international environmental non-profit organisation, whose mission is to engage people in scientific field research and education to promote the understanding and action necessary for a sustainable environment. To achieve our mission, Earthwatch works with a range of partners - such as universities, schools, businesses and other environmental organisations - to develop citizen science opportunities that contribute to valuable environmental research whilst providing an engaging experience that builds commitment for environmental action.
Earthwatch wishes to support the DTP through co-supervision of projects, and provision of training.
