Conservation Science MSc graduate from Imperial College London, following a BSc in Biochemistry, also at Imperial College. Main research interests include large carnivore spatial and habitat ecology, with a particular focus on inter-species interactions and on assessing impacts of anthropogenic pressures on space and habitat use. I have worked as a Senior RA for Carnivore Research Malawi, investigating spotted hyaena spatial and behavioural ecology, and as a RA for the Limpopo Transfrontier Predator Project, the Ugalla Primate Project and WWF Mozambique. Awarded the 2015 Joseph Hooker for Best Coursework in the Msc in Conservation Science at Imperial College.
Current Research
I will be looking at distribution and spatial ecology of large carnivores in the Ruaha-Rungwa landscape in Tanzania, with a focus on how anthropogenic pressures impact status and spatial parameters, habitat use, and inter-species interactions across a wide gradient of human disturbances.
